About the instructor
Jacqueline Camacho-Ruiz is an award-winning entrepreneur, international speaker, philanthropist and author of fifteen books. She is founder of The Fig Factor Foundation focused on unleashing the amazing in young Latinas and the creator of the Today's Inspired Latina book series and international movement. Jacqueline is a regular guest on local and national TV, radio and print publications. She has been featured in Forbes, Inc Magazine, CBS World News, ESPN, CBS in the Morning, Univision and many others. She has received almost 20 awards for her business acumen and achievements around the world.
Jacqueline has launched two of her books at a sold out event with many media representatives at the New York Times in New York. She also recently completed her second European tour through Amsterdam and Paris and was featured on the cover the of the European magazine Business Fit International where received the prestigious SHE award for her global contribution of inspiration to women.
As a two-time cancer survivor, Jacqueline possesses wisdom about life well beyond her years. She is one of the few Latina small airplane pilots in the US.
